to purchase the products from Office Supplies Express. All orders are subject to acceptance by Office Supplies Express, and are
otherwise subject to its general terms and conditions of sale.
- 2. All products and prices shown on Office Supplies Express Website are indicative only, and are subject to stock availability and price changes.
- 3. All product descriptions are either provided directly from the product manufacturer, or based upon information provided directly by the
product manufacturer. As a reseller only, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Office Supplies Express excludes all responsibility
or liability for or arising out of any inaccurate or erroneous product description which appears on Office Supplies Express Website.
- 4. The Customer´s password and Office Supplies Express Website access details are confidential information and must not be disclosed
to, or used by, any person except for those employees of the Customer with a "need to know" for the purposes of placing orders with
Office Supplies Express.
- 5. All intellectual property rights to Office Supplies Express Website, including design layout, graphics and content belong to Office
Supplies Express. No copying, modification or distribution of the same is permitted without the prior written consent of Office Supplies Express.
- 6. Access to Office Supplies Express Website may be terminated at any time by Office Supplies Express.
- 7. Office Supplies Express accepts no liability for the Customer´s security breaches, unauthorised use of the Customer´s credit card
or credit account, fraud, forgery or mistaken or unauthorised orders or payments.
- 8. Office Supplies Express shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in or on Office Supplies Express Website.
The Customer relies on the information contained in Office Supplies Express Website at its own risk.
- 9. Office Supplies Express reserves the right to make any changes to the information contained in and the layout of Office Supplies
Express Website, including changes to its product range, ordering mechanisms and ordering terms, or to:
- a) change its prices or specifications of any Product; or
- b) deliver a product which has similar functionality to any product ordered with minor differences in specifications,
("Substitute Product"). The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such changes and differences if the Customer accepts
delivery of a Substitute Product.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- 1. All goods and services ("Products") supplied by Office Supplies
Express are supplied on these terms and conditions.
- 2. No order shall be binding on Office Supplies Express until accepted
by Office Supplies Express. Where Office Supplies Express makes a
part delivery of any order, such delivery shall constitute a separate
contract. No order may be cancelled or varied after acceptance by
Office Supplies Express.
- 3. All credit orders are accepted by Office Supplies Express subject
to satisfactory credit approval of the Customer, and are governed
by Office Supplies Express credit terms and conditions in force at
the time of order placement, including the right to charge interest.
Credit approval once granted may be withdrawn at any time. Any Cash
On Delivery transaction will require full payment prior to processing
the order. Where credit has been granted, payment for the Products
or Services is to be made on or before 30 days from the date of invoice,
or 15 days from the date of a consolidated monthly statement, whichever
is the earlier.
- 4. Ownership in the Products does not pass to the Customer until
the Customer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness, whether
in respect of the Products or otherwise, to Office Supplies Express.
- 5. Risk of damage in the Products shall pass to the Customer.at
the time of delivery.
- 6. Office Supplies Express reserves the right to charge for delivery
of the Products at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have
previously done so. Administrative fees may also be imposed for orders
under certain dollar values.
- 7. Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery date provided
that they are kept in the original packaging, unopened and in a saleable
condition. A return authorisation is obtained from Office Supplies
Express and attached to the goods when returning them. Freight charge
or re-stocking fee may be charged.
- 8. The Customer may otherwise return Products to Office Supplies
Express and obtain a credit except for specially purchased products,
products specifically tailored for the Customer's requirements, IT
consumables, computer hardware, furniture, and canteen products which
may not be returned.
- 9. Office Supplies Express will not accept a returned Product where
the Customer has caused the Product to become unmerchantable or failed
to take steps to prevent the Product from becoming unmerchantable
or the Product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession
of the Customer.
Intellectual Property
Office Supplies Express holds rights over the design and layout of this website.
The copying, modification, reproduction, transmission, publishing, storage or distribution of the whole or parts of the website without
the prior consent of Office Supplies Express is forbidden.
